Our kitchen stands for the aromas, spices and dishes we grew up with and that define Levantine food culture. Fresh ingredients, carefully chosen spices and unhurried preparation turn simple things into something memorable.

This is not about copying the past. We want to carry tradition forward. That is why Alpasha combines the familiar flavours of Damascus with a modern restaurant in Munich.

The cooking at Alpasha is shaped by Damascus and by Levantine food culture. From creamy hummus and fine muhammara through fresh salads and aromatic mezze to carefully spiced dishes from the grill — our menu brings together many facets of this rich cuisine.

Taste is not our only measure. It is about quality, freshness and attention to detail. Every dish should be served the way we would serve it to guests in our own home.
